These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 89bde platform and all its services. By registering an account on the platform or using the services in any way, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

General Provisions

1.1 Introduction

89bde ("we", "platform", "company") provides an online gaming and betting service for Bangladeshi users. These Terms apply in both English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail.

1.2 Definitions

  • "User" means any person who accesses services through a registered account on 89bde.
  • "Account" means a user's personal registered profile on the platform.
  • "Services" means all gaming, betting, and account management features provided by 89bde.
  • "Bonus" means promotional offers, cashback, and reward schemes.
  • "Bet" means placing money on any game or sports event.

1.3 Changes to Terms

89bde reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account at 89bde. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request relevant documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are discovered, all accounts may be suspended or closed and any deposited balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration — including name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account closure.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. 89bde is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

89bde may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

89bde currently supports the following payment methods:

  • bKash — Mobile financial service
  • Nagad — Digital payment platform
  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
  • Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

  • Minimum deposit: ৳500 (applicable for each method)
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This may take longer during the verification process or under exceptional circumstances.

3.4 Source of Funds

All funds deposited into your account must come from legal sources. In the case of suspicious transactions, 89bde reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and suspend the account.

3.5 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). For transactions in other currencies, the applicable exchange rate will be applied automatically.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

89bde offers new members a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Bonus examples:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
  • Deposit ৳12,000 or more → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳20,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must complete a 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

  • An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only available after wagering is complete.
  • If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or by members of the same household on the same device is prohibited.
  • 89bde reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotional offers at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

89bde's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active gaming participation. Detailed terms for cashback will apply separately.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Commitment to Fair Play

89bde is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. Our games are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG), which ensure unbiased outcomes.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using bots or automated software to play games.
  • Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the game system.
  • Colluding with other players to obtain bonuses or rewards.
  • Money laundering or illegal financial activity in violation of applicable law.
  • Creating multiple accounts using fraudulent information.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted indefinitely due to a technical error, 89bde reserves the right to refund the bet for that game round. No winnings will apply in such cases.

  • Bonus abuse.
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. After the appropriate verification process is completed prior to account closure, any valid balance will be returned.

8.3 Funds in Closed Accounts

Funds in accounts closed due to legal obligations may be withheld. In other cases, any valid balance will be returned through the applicable process.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While 89bde strives to provide uninterrupted service, the service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. 89bde will not be liable for any loss in such situations.

9.2 Gaming Losses

The user is solely responsible for any financial losses arising from gaming. 89bde does not provide compensation for losses incurred as a result of gaming.

9.3 Third-Party Game Providers

89bde works with various third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 89bde is not liable for any errors in these providers' systems, but we will cooperate to find a resolution.

These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between 89bde and the user, and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Assignment of Rights

The user may not transfer any of their rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party without the prior written consent of 89bde.

11.4 Language of Communication

89bde provides customer support in both Bengali and English. Bengali will be given priority in official documents and legal communications.

11.5 Time Zone

All time-related matters will be calculated according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
